Persian Silver Box with Enamel Design to Lid

A Persian silver box (85%) with an enamel top. The box has a lovely hand-painted design of a house among trees to the lid and the design is surrounded by navy and green scroll work. The outside of the box has a pretty engraved floral and scroll design. Maker’s mark to underside. The underside is engraved and reads, ‘Best of Luck, From Ham, John, Harry, Charles, Flack, Ken, Tehran, Fran, Apr. 54’.

- there is some tarnish present.
