A beautifully framed Bev Doolittle Two Indian Horses offset lithograph. This artwork is part of her ‘Camouflage Art’ Collection. The image depicts two Indians camouflaged by their surroundings of snow and white birch trees – an alerted troop of saddled horses cautiously watch – while to the right a cavalryman walks away. The viewer feels that a dramatic incident is about to happen and become a tale of Indian shrewdness. This art piece is encased by two mats stacked in a shadowbox style. The lovely wood frame is adorned in a Southwestern style motif. Features an in plate signature with copyright to the lower right.
Condition
A previous framer has unfortunately glued the print to the matting. Please take into consideration when bidding. The frame is in good condition.
