Sellers Hoosier Cabinet

Item Details

A Sellers hoosier-style oak cabinet, stenciled on the back of both pieces ‘Sellers, No. 605’ and also having applied labels to front. The upper cabinet has a tambour door, beneath an upper cabinet and a flour bin, having the original cardboard ‘Cooking Time Table’ and ‘Daily Reminder’ notice, affixed to inside cabinet door. The base cabinet features a sliding enameled porcelain top, over a base cabinet and three drawers. To the right side is an attached mounting bracket.

• Appears to retain original metal hardware, marked with ‘S’.

Condition

- has original finish. Tambour door has shrunk and needs adjustment. Some latches need help to open. Otherwise in very good, original condition.
