William M. Cary Etching, "The Enthusiast", 1891
Item Details
A print of an etching by William M. Cary titled The Enthusiast. The print depicts an old bearded fisherman fishing off his rowboat beneath an umbrella in the rain. The print is framed in a wood frame with black trim with a cream mat and non-glare glass. It has a hook on the back for hanging and it is backed with cardboard. On the top of the print it says, ‘Copyright 1891 by Fishel, Adler, and Schwartz, New York’. It also states, ‘Original Etching by Wm. M. Cary’. The title is printed in cursive.
Condition
Small tear in border at bottom. Piece of wood broken off bottom of frame.
