A 1995 fine pewter sculpture by Los Angeles born Western and Wildlife artist Don Polland (1932-2003), entitled Sole of the Forest, numbered 271/500. The craftsmanship of this piece is remarkable and detail stunning. It sets atop a solid wood base and bears all appropriate markings. A wonderful collector’s piece.
