Antique Victorian Dresser in Burled Walnut

Item Details

A beautiful Victorian dresser in burled walnut with hand carved fruit and leaf drawer pulls on either side of the three wide drawers, which have machine cut dove tails. This piece also has center center escutcheons surrounded by intricate carving. The front portion of the top has a white marble covering and the back is wood (possibly there was a mirror at one time). There are turning wood accents on either side of the top drawers. There is carving around the bottom edge and the piece sits on bracketed type feet.

Condition

Some scratches. Condition consistent with age and use.
