Scientific Glass Zimmerli Gage (Gauge) in Wood Stand

Item Details

A Zimmerli Gage made by the Scientific Glass Apparatus Company of Bloomfield, New Jersey. The glass apparatus is encased in a wood stand. This instrument is used in a laboratory setting to measure vacuum or differential pressure. Its patent was filed in 1936 and is an improvement on the U gage (gauge) due to its precision. It is also called a manometer. Untested.

Condition

Two screws holding back cover are missing.
