Cavalier C-51 Coca-Cola Machine

WOW! A super rare Cavalier C-51 all original Coca-Cola machine with a Frigidaire refrigerating unit. This machine was produced from 1950-1960 and vends 51 6.5ounce bottles with the capacity to pre-cool an additional 36 bottles. All metal construction with chrome plated hardware and painted bright red (original) with ‘Drink Coca-Cola In Bottles’ in raised white lettering to the front and ’Here’s A Coke For You in Bottles’ at the side. The machine was designed to vend bottles for 15 cents and each bottle was dispensed on a belt in it’s own metal tube ensuring that the bottles did not rub. The machine has a bottle opener with a large crown catcher and a metal door opens to vend the individual bottle. The unit locks at the right side and two working keys are present. A fabulous vintage machine! PLEASE NOTE; the vending machine is large and heavy! Professional moving is highly recommended.

Condition

The machine is in very good condition referring to it’s appearance with only a minor dent to the left side which adds to it’s character. It is also reported to be in working order but may need Freon. The machine did hum when plugged in but the plug has frayed wires and sparked quite a bit. This shocked “tester” highly recommends replacing the plug post haste.
