Antique Jahresuhrenfabrik Anniversary Clock

Item Details

An antique brass Jahresuhrenfabrik anniversary clock. The back of this timepiece is stamped ‘Made In Germany’ with the serial number 14235. The four-ball torsion pendulum is stamped on the bottom ‘DRGM No. 403658’ and the top of the pendulum is stamped with directional arrows, identifying it as a Jahresuhrenfabrik pendulum manufactured 1909-1915. As this clock rapidly rose in popularity, later models were massed produced without these arrows. The clock has a ceramic face; the brass casing is protected under a glass dome that fits into the round base. The clock does not include a winding key and so is untested.

Condition

Key is missing, unable to wind up clock. However, the clock is in good external condition.
