Antique Barber Cabinet

An antique Barber’s cabinet of mahogany, featuring a center stand with an upper shallow drawer, over another larger drawer, over a glass paneled cabinet door, which opens to a painted metal-lined interior with perforated shelves, for sterilization. Below, is an open compartment. Flanking either side is a cantilevered drawer, supported by a brass bracket. All six drawer pulls are the original hexagonal, milk glass knobs and the three top surface panels are of frosted glass and may be replacements. Made to set on a counter or elevated surface.

Condition

- frosted glass tops (3), appear to be replacements. Original tops were likely
milk glass, matching the drawer knobs
