An exceptionally clever framed photo offset lithograph by American artist and Tennessee native Eileen Hayes. ‘Fox Pause’ features a lovely red fox resting in the snow. The artist adds a touch of whimsy with careful detail by hiding a clever rabbit underneath the fence right behind the fox. Looks like this fox was out-foxed! Attractively double matted in a brown and cream oval cut mat and framed in a rustic country wood frame that coordinates perfectly with the piece. Signed by the artist in pencil beneath the reproduced signature. Numbered 868/1500. Card affixed to back includes an artist’s commentary.Professionally framed under glass by Cincinnati’s Frame Factory Inc. Metal wire attached to back with eye screws for hanging.
