An original oil on canvas by Wilhelm Brauer (born 1924.) This landscape painting depicts trees on a hill to the foreground. Leaves have fallen and changed to the brown and amber tones of fall. The hill provides an elevated view of a lake. The middle ground features the lake with the jagged light blue mountains to the background. Signed ‘W. Brauer’ to the lower left. This work is presented in a wooden frame with carved details, linen liner to inside edge.
