Art of Chokin Plates
Item Details
A collection of Art of Chokin plates featuring four smaller saucer sized plates and five salad sized plates. Central designs are various images of flowers, horses, wheel barrow, carousel, a geisha with a bird and more. Chokin plates are made by etching pure copper and then gilding them with gold and silver. Also includes a Haviland France plate by A.R. Fugate with gold tone flowers around a terra cotta background. Marked to back ‘Haviland France A.R. Fugate’.
Condition
Some scratching to plates, sticker residue. Haviland plate is chipped on bottom and scratched on top.
