A limited edition Raku pigeon made by Glo Coalson, whom works in Fort Worth, Texas. The pigeon is done with a Raku (buried in a firing pit where the glaze heats and cools slowly). This was made in 2002, edition #164/250. This beautifully done bird is painted to show the natural markings. it is signed under the back side tail ‘51 Coalson 2002 164/250’.

Condition

there is glue residue on the base. It does not affect the piece.
