Porcelain & Bone China Birds
Item Details
A collection of four porcelain and bone china items is comprised of hreeo birds and a porcelain magnolia bloom by Lenox. The woodpecker is made by Lenox and has the original box. It is marked to the base ‘Red-headed Woodpecker – Fine China – (Lennox trademark) Lenox 1999’ and features a red-headed woodpecker perched on a stump. Two yellow caterpillars are crawling on the green leaves. The second bird is an antique green colored parquet perched on a stem with pink and white flower blossoms by his tail. This bird is mark to its base with a red and gold foil sticker ‘Hand Painted Artmark Originals Japan’ and in blue ‘Genuine Bone China Parakeet.’ The last bird is a very small and fun red cardinal with no markings. We have added a 1990 Lenox Magnolia porcelain bloom.
Condition
The parakeet has a chip to one of the petals of the flower blossoms and to the tail. The Magnolia bloom has a sizable chip to the stem.
Dimensions
The stated measurements are for the Lenox box. The flower measures 5″ × 3″ x 5".
