William Pendergrass Artist Proof "Pinkney Street"

A wonderful William Pendergrass Artist Proof ‘Pinkney Street.’ This is a delightful print of 1205 Pinkney Street, an antebellum mansion. It is dated 1990 with proof and artist signatures in the lower right. The number 1060/5000 appears in the lower left and titled in the middle below the print. One unique detail of the print is a yellow heart with an arrow through it and the initials G.H. above the arrow carved in a large tree to the right of the house. It is professionally framed under glass in a mahogany frame with double mats.

Condition

There are a couple of minor nicks to the frame.
