A grouping of vintage German nutcrackers and smokers handcrafted by Steinbach and Erzgebirge. This grouping features a 17inch ‘Big TirolerBergsteiger’ S 606 nutcracker stamped to the base and joined by the original hang tag and box, a ‘Lebkuchler m. Musik Rauchermann’ S 758 smoker with working music box, and more.
Condition
Wear consistent with age. The smaller smoker is missing his basket full of kittens, the paint is worn on the Ersgebirge drummer’s arms and legs, and there is a knick on the hat of the smaller soldier. Some are missing boxes and the boxes show signs of wear and are written on. Please preview for best sense of condition.5
