1940s Dorothy Kindell 'Nudy Girl' Pottery Collection

A fantastic lot of vintage collectible Dorothy Kindell ‘nudy’ style glazed pottery pieces, each finished in a taupe underglaze, with figurative nude lady handles, to include four double-handled mugs (6’ W x 3’ H each), one handled creamer with spout (3’ H), two sets of salt and pepper shakers (2.75’ H), and an off-round ash receiver (7′ × 6′). Each of these items is incised with ‘Kindell’ and copyright symbol. Also included are two Polynesian styled ‘nudy’ girl figurines, with the lady lying on her back and legs in the air, thought to be made to hang with holes to the back (12’). These two girls are not marked Kindell, but resemble the style of Kindell pieces.
Condition
, all the marked Kindell pieces have crazing visible, with a little heavier crazing on the ash receiver. One of the double handled cups has a tiny chip to one foot and a hairline crack/repair to leg as shown. One leg on the creamer has a hairline crack/repair also.
