Item Details
A vintage Nelson vertical counter top paper cutter with heavy iron base, spring loaded arm for cutting paper. Metal finial on top reads ‘Nelson Vertical Cutter’ on one side and ‘Ball Bearing’ on the other. Can hold a roll of paper 18 inches tall.
Condition
Some rust to parts.
