Item Details

A Seth Thomas mantel clock, dating to the late 19th century. The clock features a green adamantine faux-marble and black lacquered molded body, carved detail, three celluloid ionic columns, metal fancy front feet and a round central clock. The clock has gold-toned metal egg and dart edge with a paper face marked ’Seth Thomas, Manufactured in the United States of America. The clock could not be tested at the time of cataloging and is missing its winding key, but chimes when the hands are manually turned.

Condition

- scuffs and metal loss. There is a crack to the celluloid column and the clock is missing its glass plated hinged door.. Fading and stains to the paper clock face. A winding key is not included.
