Item Details
A gorgeous sterling silver serving platter with a simple, elegant design and an oval shape. Engraved with the initials ‘KMK’ in ornate script near the rim, and marked as made by S. Kirk & Son Inc. on the underside. Companion piece to lot 14CIN310-133 in this sale, a set of eleven sterling plates with a similarly understated design (and engraved with the same initials).
Condition
- minor scratches, a few tiny spots of discoloration. The bottom has an area where engraving pen was used to delete a number or name, please see photo.
