Hand Painted Noritake Vase

Item Details

A circa 1911 hand painted china Noritake two handled vase. The body of the vase is painted yellow with brown and green trees while the edge of the base and lip, the neck and both handles are accented in gold. This is typical of Nippon china, made in Japan and exported to the US in the early 20th century. The underside of the vase is marked with the maker’s mark, ’ Hand Painted M Nippon’, and has four felt feet applied.

Condition

-slight wear and tear to the gold paint.
