An original piece of wall art, titled ‘Two Mast Spinnaker,’ signed on metal plaque in lower left corner by artist John M. Barton, founder of the Creative Strings Art Studio. Features an image of the three cornered sail yacht formed by the intricate patterns of crisscrossing copper and brass wire. Wires are pulled taut against and around regularly spaced brass nail heads on a black vinyl background. The boat hull is crafted of walnut with a wax finish. An innovative and distinctive work. Includes 1972 catalog of offerings from the Creative Strings Studio, which includes artist’s bio.
