Vintage Notre Dame Memorabilia
Item Details
A couple of University of Notre Dame vintage sports items comprise this lot. There is a 1960s era sports bag that has never been used, it still retains the original tags. The green and gold bag is made of a vinyl type of material. The tag says, ‘SportBag Especially Designed For The Trav-Ler, Student and the Sports Enthusiast’, made by Universal Trav-Ler out of Bronx, New York. ‘Notre Dame’ is in yellow bold block letters on one side of the bag. The other item is a display featuring an actual part of a brick that was once part of Notre Dame Stadium that was built in 1930. This artifact was removed during the stadium expansion in 1996-1997. The brick sits on a wood platform next to a wood plaque that says, ‘Authentic Brick Notre Dame Stadium Built 1930 Removed During 1996-1997 Expansion’.
