A framed Paul Sawyier print of “The Fisherman.’ In this piece, Sawyier (1865-1917) depicts a fisherman precariously balanced on the roots of a venerable sycamore tree on Elkhorn Creek. The piece achieves an impressionistic reality with its calming scene in cool colors. Reads ‘Number 12’ in the top left-hand corner. Set behind glass in a copper-tone and green-painted wooden frame, matted in cream and light green. The piece is prepared for wall mounting.
