An original drawing by Cincinnati cartoonist Jim Borgman, best known for his politically minded comic strips and cartoons and for his nationally syndicated comic strip ‘Zits’. This particular cartoon, signed and dated to the top left corner, was reprinted in Time, New York Times, Washington Post, and The Great Communicator as indicated on the verso. Presented in a double mat grey and white in a silver tone frame.
