Vintage Hand-Painted Tailor Trade Sign
Item Details
A vintage hand-painted trade sign for ‘J.M. Dunsmore, Tailor & Dressmaker of the Highest Quality’ painted in mustard yellow lettering on a burgundy sign bordered with a black beveled frame. Hand-carved and painted scissors and dress mold have been applied to either side of the lettering to the wooden painted planks.
Condition
- a large split in the planks to the middle, needs cleaning, some black paint has worn off the frame.
