Vintage Apartment Mailboxes

Item Details

A metal cabinet containing 32 mailboxes, each with a lock, key, number plate, small glass window. It is painted beige and decorated with geometric borders and motifs in a style reminiscent of art deco, and is likely an early 20th century piece from an apartment building or hotel lobby. On a wheeled dolly for easy transport. Many of the boxes have two keys, although one of the two larger boxes at the bottom is missing its key.

Condition

Some chips and rust on the top surface. One of the mailboxes (736) has a crack in its window.
