Antique Tin Can Paper Labels Tomatoes

A collection of eight scarce antique lithographed tin can paper labels of local Ohio interest. These tomato can labels were produced for the Mason Canning Company in Mason, OH which opened in 1911 and packed food for many of the well-known companies in the area. Each lithographic print was made in the early to mid-1900s. This lot includes eight long labels. Highlights include ‘Flicker Brand Tomatoes’ with a flicker bird, ‘Canary Brand Tomatoes’, ‘Hummer Brand Tomatoes’ with a bumble bee and ‘Retloc Brand Canned Foods Tomatoes’ with vintage advertising. Also includes one from Burgin Packing Company of Burgin, KY.

Condition

never used. Hummer label is curled with a small tear on one end.
