A Frederick Cooper Company figural brass bonsai tree lamp in a bronze finish. This wonderful table lamp is designed to resemble a tiny bonsai tree with two songbirds perched on the top branches. The artisan cast brass tree in a bronze finish and brass birds are designed with highly detailed features. The lamp offers three-way lighting with a tapered black shade designed in a floral brocade fabric with a brass ball finial. Frederick Cooper was an early 20th century painter known for his watercolors and in 1923 converted his watercolor painting studio to begin crafting lamps out of glass, wood, fabric and brass.
