An original watercolor on paper landscape painting signed faintly by listed artist Louis K. Harlow (Massachusetts, 1850-1913) thereby to the lower right-hand corner by an unknown artist. The artist has painted a sweeping plain, divided by a river, with farmhouse compound sleeping in the background, in the pale light of dusk’s last breath. The image is presented in a wooden frame of faded gilt with a single iridescent gold mat to edge.

- burning, staining, frame wear mat rippling.
