An Edythe Shedden artistic framed metal wall art piece crafted from a sheet of aluminum, with a semi mirror like finish.The top is a metallic paint textured with deep circular pattern. The artist has signed the piece on the top section and on the verso. The artist is also know as Edythe Shedden Cowgill and she was once the proprietor of Oxford Galleries in Rochester, NY from 1972 through 1985. She has exhibited her work throughout New York and New England. Her work is included in the collections of the Memorial Art Gallery, Gannett Corporation, Xerox Corporation, and Eastman Kodak. Today, she resides in Brighton with her husband and enjoys several months each year at their homes in Cape Cod and Mexico.
