1950s Zenith Black-and-White Console Television

Item Details

A 1950s Zenith black-and-white console television, a retro piece. The wood veneer and metal box has the glass screen television with volume, power and channel knobs along with other contrast settings underneath a flap panel. The front also has fabric speaker covers and the console has short tapered legs with metal feet. The television powered on and white noise appeared, but its other functions could not be determined.

• At time of cataloging, EBTH was able to determine this item turned on when plugged in. However, the item is otherwise untested and is being sold ‘as-is.’ Therefore, refunds based on its working condition will not be offered.

Condition

- the veneer has scuffs and scratches along the entire body. The TV powers on and white noise appears, but its playing function could not be determined. The knobs have tarnish.
