Blue Painted Shaker Style Highchair

A blue painted shaker style wood highchair is a charming seat. The wood chair is painted a dusty blue with ball shaped finials, two shaped and bowed slat-backs, straight arms that connect with the front tapered legs and stretchers. The seat is woven with ash.

Condition

- the bowing of the slat-backs looks to be a warping with the right backside leaning inward. There are a few splints in the woven seat and areas of missing paint. There are white paint marks and it looks like the top finial’s were cut off.
