Item Details
A Mid Century Modern teak wall cabinet and shelving system with label from Hardwood House Designers and Manufactures Inc. Rochester, New York. The unit has a detachable four drawer teak cabinet, a center teak and laminate desk surface with center drawer, and a cabinet with sliding doors. The tall teak wood shelving structure has eight adjustable teak wood shelves. The entire structure is resting on four tall wood blocks at the base and four, 2.5’ blocks on the top add to the height as shown in photograph. The Contents shown in some photos are not included with this item, but are part of the sale. Come prepared to dissemble, bring all types of screwdrivers, muscle and help. Or, hire professional movers. Located on the first floor with access to the front door.

Condition
to fair. One side of the structure has sun and water damage and fading. Some veneer loss too. Please photo and please preview for assessment. But overall in good shape.
Dimensions
is the overall size as shown, not including blocks. The blocks on the base are 7" wide x 6" tall x 14" deep. The top blocks are too tall to measure, but they are 2.5" tall. The space under the desk is 25" tall.
