Following the sale, there will be some coordination required to transfer the title due to it being associated with an estate.

Condition

- fair to good overall condition. Appears to have had an older restoration at some point in time. The car had been running prior to storage but it has been sitting for some time. A mechanic recently did start the vehicle and made sure it was still running. The tires will need some air and they are cracked/dry-rotted. There are a few dings, scrapes, and rust spots. It should be towed from the property and be gone through by a competent mechanic before being declared roadworthy.

• Item is unable to be shipped or transferred due to specific carrier restrictions. Item must be picked up locally by winning bidder during the published pickup times.

• Please note that payment for motor vehicles can only be rendered by cashier’s check or wire transfer. Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. EBTH will not accept credit card payment for motor vehicles at any time.

• EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.

• The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises
