• All diamond and gemstone grading is done under GIA standards as the mounting permits, where gemstones are present; where mountings impede accurate measurements, (estimated) dimensions are provided. All weights and measurements are estimated and approximate. Weights are inclusive of all materials. Treatments for jadeite and other gemstones are assumed unless otherwise noted.

All winning bids must have proof of current Ohio residence to claim items at the close of auction. Please note all items sold on our website are obtained legally and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• EBTH follows CITES regulations with regards to the sale of coral (including but not limited to non-fossil apple, black, blue, branch, brain, fire, lace, organ pipe or tube, and stony coral), giant clams, nautilus and queen conchs; bidding must be reserved to bidders within the United States of America.
