A Kay Muir (1912-2008) original oil on canvas titled ‘Red Boat Sinking’. This wonderful contemporary piece is done in vibrant primary colors, signed in the lower right. A celebrated local artist in Cincinnati, Muir’s work is part of the permanent collections of the Art Academy of Cincinnati and the Dayton Art Institute. Included with this painting is a newspaper clipping of her obituary and some personal correspondence to the current owner.
