Nino Pippa was born on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia in 1950. He relocated to America in 1975 and continues to travel and visit French and Italian cities. Inspired by the French Impressionists, Pippa utilizes vivid colors and energetic brushstrokes to create sea and landscapes evocative of his childhood home of Italy.
