- craquelure; areas of overpainting and retouching throughout, as seen under UV lights, particularly along edges of figure’s dress between figure and background, to top of head of figure in her hair, and to figure’s right sleeve; surface irregularities and inclusions; scuffs to surface of painting; varnish inconsistencies; some broken elements of carved flowers to frame; nicks, chips, splits, and abrasions to frame.
