A professionally framed, under glass watercolor and ink rendering of Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral by American artist Norbert Smith. A wash of pink and purple provides background for the inked detail of trees, town, and cathedral itself. Signed in black ink ‘Norbert Smith’ to lower right corner. Wood frame has a silver finish with embossed detail.
