A collection of five different obsolete bank notes from Georgia. First is an 1858 one dollar signed note from The Mechanics Bank of Augusta. Then a 1862 two dollar note from the Augusta Insurance Banking Co., and an undated three dollar signed note from The Merchants and Planters Bank. Next is an 1860 five dollar signed note from The Bank of Whitfield. Last is an 1838 ten dollar signed note from The Ocmulgee Bank. Notes range from circulated and worn to uncirculated several have pinholes.
