Condition
- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, cracks/splits, and abrasions consistent with age and use; refinished and with scattered wear and stains (case most likely featured mahogany veneers which have been removed exposing poplar secondaries); drawer interiors of upper section have been painted; brasses are associated (one drawer is missing interior lockplate); back right leg is missing a knee return; other repairs/restorations (including built up drawer runners).
