Additional Information: Fob length is 14.25". 9K gold with rolled gold plate links. The fob and chain are inset with polished sections of Native Gold (veins of gold within the quartz matrix); the locket with a tintype portrait of a Civil War Union solider wearing a cap badge reading “HCB” which has been identified as an urban unit likely from Hartford, Connecticut. Also in the locket a Civil War era tintype portrait of a lady in ruffled collar and hat. The reverse is monogrammed “IBD.”
