Item Details

An early 20th century black mantel clock by The Sessions Clock Co. of Forestville, CT. The wood clock is painted with a black lacquer and features pretty columns to the sides. There is a pretty embossed design featuring swags flanking a center torch. The design is over a green marbled design. The clock has a pretty delicate carved design to apron and the clock sits on four foliate scrolled feet. There are gilt lion’s head holding rings to the sides. The clock sits in a brass frame and features a yellow chapter ring with black numbers and hands. Includes key and pendulum.

- appearance. There are a few minor nicks and patina present. Untested.
