Late 19th Century Cast Iron School House Bell

A beautiful late 19th century cast iron school bell with two upright stands and side handle for ringing. This wonderful bell comes from a Campbell County Kentucky farm which had this bell and a one room school house on the property. The bell was cast by James L Haven & Co. of Cincinnati, it has been painted black. The stands are marked 1886 or 1896, while the bell is marked to the upper hanger ‘JS L Haven & Co. Cincinnati O.’
