1939 Cincinnati Reds World Series Press Pin

Item Details

A beautiful press pin given to the men who wrote for the newspapers on the World Series games. This pin got them into the games for free; it was their identification. This pin has gold type and a red ‘C’ on a white enameled surface. The pin says, ‘World Series Press 1939 Crosley Field’. The maker is the Bastian Brothers of Rochester, New York. The pin’s back is a post that has a covered nut. Please see photos.
