- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, cracks/splits, and abrasions consistent with age and use (left door has a lifting/loose piece of molding to upper left corner); refinished and with scattered wear (back of bookcase has a burned/charred area); interior shelves have been nailed in place; drawers stick a bit when opening/closing; lower front left corner of bookcase is missing a piece of molding next to left drawer; top of stand with some slight bowing and some small screw/nail holes; legs have been reinforced with later corner brackets.

- measured assembled (the bookcase can be removed from the stand).
