An original watercolor and ink painting on paper by well regarded, and presumed to be local artist, Julia Stillpass, signed in pen bottom right and dated 1975. To front an enthusiastic image of a floral bouquet, created in an illustrated style on buff colored paper. Stillpass has created shape, form and depth to this piece by well placed weighted pen lines. Presented in an attractive gilt wood and green colored frame, with pink colored mat.
