A Galileo glass cylinder thermometer containing a clear liquid and several colorful glass vessels of varying densities. As the temperature changes, the individual floats, each filled with a colored liquid and featuring a brass tag with a Fahrenheit temperature indicator. The thermometer works on the principle of buoyancy. The thermometer is marked to the base ‘Hand Made in Germany’.
